Behind the Scenes Magic!

Rehearsal assistance (based on availability, must confirm in advance)
Set up and take down of ceremony decor
Set up and take down of centerpieces and reception decor
Set up and take down of memorial and/or generational tables
Set up and take down of cocktail hour decor
Set up and take down of yard games (if applicable)
Rearrange and repurpose decor (if applicable)
Vendor communication and management to keep timeline on schedule and ensure all wedding day goals are met
Coordinate first looks and/or private vows
Coordinate timing of ceremony, providing cues as needed
Ensure signing of marriage license
Assistance with family photos if needed
Coordinate grand entrance
Set up and take down of dessert table
Coordinate cake cutting
Coordinate first dances
Pass out party props (glow sticks, leis, hats, etc)
Set up party favors
Coordinate special send-off (if applicable)
Package decor back in boxes and help load cars and/or UHaul
Pass out vendor payments/tips

Based on 12+ hours of coordination to accommodate BOTH set up and take down

Day-of services are the same for both Bridal Bestie/Groom Groupie and Full Coordination Packages

May require additional time or additional service fee:

Travel fee (if beyond 60 miles from Sussex, WI)
Additional errands and pick ups (case by case basis)
Set up and take down of ceremony chairs
Set up of reception or cocktail hour tables and/or chairs
Set up guest place settings (silverware, glassware, dishes, etc.)
Room flip during cocktail hour (case by case basis)
Assembly of large structures or decor requiring heavy lifting, reaching, and/or use of power tools
Flower Wall Rental

Not included services:

Beverage service
Refilling water glasses or pitchers
Serving or handling of food (aside from set up of desserts)
Scullery services (collecting and cleaning of silverware, glassware, dishes, etc)
Cleanup of food and beverage related trash
Party emcee/DJ services
